Even before I started looking for a property, he laid out exactly what I had to do and the things I had to get in order in preparation for the mortgage application. He explained everything all the way throughout the whole process in detail, and maintained very good communication not only with me but with my real estate agent, my real estate lawyer and the banks. I cant recommend him highly enough and will for sure use him again in the future. He's a very down to earth, knowledgeable, experienced mortgage broker and most importantly, he gets the job done.
